An Interactive Outdoor Tour Exploring History & Democracy
With decreased availability for school groups to visit the House of Commons and Senate during the ongoing construction on Parliament Hill, we present an interactive program called the “Parliament Hill Challenge”. This tour explores the history and legislative process of “the Hill” through storytelling, interactive games and an exploration of the outdoor monuments found on the grounds of Parliament.
This tour is specifically designed to include links to the Grade 6, 8 & 10 Ontario curriculum and is 60 minutes long.
